High Quality Care
In your search for a veterinary facility, we believe you should expect high quality care as well as great service. Our goal has been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care. Our commitment to you is to continue to offer world class service and the best quality standard of care.
Annual Exams
Your pet’s annual exam will start with a veterinary technician bringing you and your pet into an exam room where they’ll ask several questions relating to your pet’s general health, daily care, demeanor, and special needs. The doctor with then do a full nose to tail physical exam of your pet and discuss with you any findings, recommendations, and answer any and all questions you may have.
It’s a good idea to keep an accurate medical journal of, not only all vaccinations and procedures your pet has had in the past, but also notes on things like your pet’s elimination habits, physical changes, or unusual occurrences. Keeping track of small shifts in behavior, diet, and routine can help us to diagnose and treat problems early. Also, if you ever need to change your veterinarian, it’s good to have this record to provide your new doctor with a complete medical history.
Advanced Care
Sometimes pets need more advanced care than we can provide in our hospital or we want you to have the opportunity for your pet to be seen by a veterinarian who has completed many years of advanced study in a particular field, such as oncology, internal medicine, surgery, dermatology, or emergency medicine. In these cases, your doctor will refer you to a specialist, usually in Oklahoma City or the DFW area.
