Customer Service Representatives

Full and/or Part-Time

Experience in customer service preferred, in veterinary field a plus but not required
18 yr old +
HS diploma required
Some college or college degree preferred
Computer and phone skills a must
Customer Service mentality required
The face and voice of our business
Proficient at multitasking
Attention to detail required
Some evening and weekend shift availability required
Cleaning and maintaining facility and equipment
Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
Other duties as assigned
Compensation dependent on experience and qualifications.

Animal Care Team

Full and/or Part-Time

No experience necessary
18 yr +
HS diploma required
Experience in the veterinary field a plus
Experience with companion animals a plus
Comfortable with a large amount of animal restraining, handling, walking, and cleaning
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining hospital facility and equipment
Attention to detail required
Required to lift, carry, and move animals and equipment up to 50lbs
Will be expected to have some client interaction with owners of boarding animals and some medical clients
Computer and phone skills necessary for daily duties
Some weekend, evening, and holiday shift availability required
Other duties as assigned
Compensation is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Veterinary Technician

Full and/or Part-Time

Experience as a technician and/or veterinary assistant required
Texas Licensed a plus but by no means required
Attention to detail required
Ability to proficiently perform technical duties such as (but not limited to) drawing blood, placing IV catheters, and giving medications by injection
Knowledge of commonly prescribed medications
Knowledge in surgery prep and anesthesia monitoring
Customer service, client communication, and educational skills are a must
Proficient computer and phone skills
Understand the need to navigate working relationships and communication between all staff including multiple doctors, technicians, customer service, and animal care
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining animals, hospital facility, and equipment
Rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency visits
Some weekend, holiday, and evening shift availability required
Other duties as assigned
Compensation is dependent on experience and qualifications.
